Material composition and structural design

The pipeline adopts a five-layer composite structure, and each layer of material is carefully selected and optimized:

Inner lining: 3mm thick NBR (nitrile rubber), with excellent wear resistance and tear resistance, low friction coefficient, reducing material conveying resistance

Reinforcement layer 1: 2mm thick aramid fiber braided layer, providing radial support and compressive strength.

Skeleton layer: 4 layers of high-strength steel wire spirally wound, with a spacing of 10mm, to ensure the shape stability of the pipeline under high pressure

Reinforcement layer 2: 2mm thick polyester fiber braided layer, providing additional impact protection.

Outer protective layer: 4mm thick CR (chloroprene rubber), with UV resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance.

This composite structure design makes the pipeline both flexible and high-strength, and can maintain stable performance under complex working conditions. Especially for abrasive media such as sand, gravel, mud, etc. commonly used in dredging projects, special wear-resistant fillers are added to the inner lining. Laboratory tests show that its wear resistance is 2-3 times that of ordinary rubber pipes.
