INTRODUCTION OF RUBBER HOSES

Rubber hose is a type of conveying pipeline composed of rubber, curtain fabric, steel wires and so on. Rubber hoses are mainly used to discharge or suction water, oil, sand & water for dredging works. 
It can extend distance of dredging. Our rubber hoses have good performance in resistance of corrosion, high pressure, bending and abrasion. 

Flanged type dredging rubber hoses could be connected with pipeline well, which will reduce the sea wave, make conveying medium flows more smoothly.

APPLICATION OF RUBBER HOSES

1.Discharge hose is designed as a flexible connector between pipes . 

2.Discharge hose can handle the shifting and twisting of pontoons caused by water movement. 

3. It is used on dregers of dredging project, like harbors, rivers and lakes.

STRUCTURE OF RUBBER HOSES

1. The inner rubber liner is composed of wear-proof natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

2. The reinforcement layer is composed of high strength rubber dipped chemical fiber and reinforced by spiral metal wire. 3. The rubber cover is composed of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. 

4. The surface of the hose takes the shape of corrugated.
